Schiphol Pier A (Royal Schiphol Group) is the headline Dutch airport-expansion project — 55,000 m², 8 gates, 3 floors. The original Ballast Nedam / TAV JV contract was terminated in 2021; BAM Bouw en Techniek was contracted in August 2022 to complete. Handover is scheduled for December 2026; operational April 2027.
01. Pre-pricing — CAO Bouw + BPF Bouw
Airport-terminal expansion is principally a CAO-Bouw-classified workforce: civil shell, EXC3/EXC4 structural steel, baggage-handling infrastructure. BPF Bouw 25.73% pension premium applies on the construction-trade portion (1 January 2026).
02. MeldNL + A1 + KMar airside clearance + BIBOB / AIVD
A1 + Dutch-language contract + MeldNL filing predate site arrival. The airport-specific overlay adds the KMar (Koninklijke Marechaussee) airside-pass clearance per worker, plus BIBOB / AIVD background check for sensitive zones. The pass is airport-specific and re-issued on personnel turnover.
03. BPF Bouw + airside-trade onboarding
Civil-trade portion at BPF Bouw 25.73%. The Baustellenausweis-equivalent NL site-access register + KMar airside pass carry the determining classification.
04. NLA + IL&T-defensible evidence pack
Standard WagwEU + Wtta-phasing inspection profile augmented by IL&T aerodrome-safety oversight and KMar pass-register reconciliation. Minimum pack: SEPA-traceable remuneration, CAO-compliant timesheets, MeldNL submission, BPF Bouw membership, KMar pass record, and Anerkenning-recognition trail.
05. India and Gulf sourcing corridors — the airport-trade pathway
Indian airport-trade pool delivers L&T-trained airport-construction crews from the Mumbai T2, Delhi T3 expansion programmes. Gulf corridor reaches Saudi Binladin, ASGC airport-trade pools. KMar / BIBOB clearance scheduled into post-arrival window.
The 8 to 14-week corridor delivers the BPF-Bouw-eligible candidate against Schiphol Pier A.
