Documentation currency tracked for every member: passport, visa, A1, trade certifications, safety cards, medical clearances. A candidate whose documentation has lapsed is not deployment-ready, regardless of assessment score.

Structured re-engagement at defined intervals, availability confirmation before deployment, periodic re-assessment for candidates exceeding currency thresholds.
