Legitimation requirement (Lov 1458 of 10 Dec 2024)
Posted workers must present valid identification on demand to Arbejdstilsynet or SIRI. Foreign employer is accountable for ensuring documents can be produced at the worksite.

RUT-register expansion
Foreign employers posting third-country nationals must upload the tjenesteydelsesaftale (service contract), ansættelseskontrakt (employment contract) and opholds- og arbejdstilladelse (residence and work permit) to RUT at registration.

Industriens Overenskomst wage step
Mindstebetalingssats voksne raised by 3.5% to 143.40 DKK/hour. Fritvalgs Lønkonto contribution raised to 10%. Operative for industri-trades deployed in Denmark.

Bygge- og Anlægsoverenskomsten wage step
Mindstebetalingssats voksne raised by kr 3.50/time to kr 149.90/time. Arbejdsgiverbetalt pension and fritvalg components continue under the OK25 2025–2028 cycle (3F / DI). A further step to kr 153.40 follows on 1 marts 2027.
Overenskomst-priced pre-deployment
Every cost-card priced to the applicable overenskomst floor — Bygge- og Anlægsoverenskomsten (kr 149.90/time fra 1. marts 2026; kr 153.40/time fra 1. marts 2027 under OK25 2025–2028), Industriens Overenskomst (143.40 DKK/h from 1 March 2026), Elektrikeroverenskomsten — with pension, fritvalg and ferietillæg loaded before any postering decision.
RUT-anmeldelse + A1 stack
RUT-registration filed via Virk.dk before delivery commences. From 1 January 2026, third-country postings carry the additional documentary stack (service contract, employment contract, opholds- og arbejdstilladelse) uploaded at registration. A1 portable document held for the full posting window.
Arbejdstilsynet + arbejdsmiljølov onboarding
Site induction calibrated to Arbejdsmiljøloven and Arbejdstilsynet byggepladstilsyn posture. Every posted worker carries the legitimation documents required since 1 January 2025; foreign-employer accountability enforced at the level of the deploying contractor, not the hovedentreprenør.
SKAT + Politi cross-match evidence pack
Skattestyrelsen, Arbejdstilsynet and Rigspolitiet operate as a joint myndighedsindsats with funding renewed through 2026. Pre-assembled evidence pack — RUT entry, A1, employment contract, time records, overenskomst-priced wage slips — withstands the standard cross-match without scramble.
Third-country corridor (positivliste, beløbsordning)
Two parallel routes: positivlisten for faglærte (57 occupations, updated 1 January 2026) for trade-eligible roles; beløbsordningen at 552,000 DKK p.a. (446,000 DKK supplerende) for above-threshold roles. Application gebyr 6,810 DKK; family gebyr 3,080 DKK. Visa pathway sequenced into deployment schedule, not bolted on after award.
