    Updated card-security requirements take effect. Physical re-issue across the sub-tier workforce population.     SEK 33,390/month wage floor (90% of Swedish median) under Utlänningslagen (2005:716). Mandatory health insurance. Migrationsverket gains expanded employer-disqualification powers (labour-exploitation, trafficking or tax-crime suspicion) and sectoral-exclusion authority over construction, cleaning, transport, staffing and care. Arbetstillstånd-chain sanktionsavgift on the principal: SEK 118,400/worker (1–3 months) or SEK 236,800/worker (>3 months).
