Assessment & Compliance at Entry
Every pool candidate has completed the full six-to-eight hour BSS assessment and holds verified trade credentials. Documentation currency tracked for every member: passport, visa, A1, trade certifications, safety cards, medical clearances. A candidate whose documentation has lapsed is not deployment-ready, regardless of assessment score.
Maintenance & Calibration
Structured re-engagement at defined intervals, availability confirmation before deployment, periodic re-assessment for candidates exceeding currency thresholds. Pool selection criteria recalibrated from deployment outcome data — the system learns which assessment dimensions predict on-site success in each trade category.
