7. Language Requirements

Bulgaria’s official administrative language applies to inspectorate notifications, social-insurance filings, and regulatory submissions. Site language fluency expectations follow from the supervisor’s working language and the safety-driven inspectorate posture.

There is no statutory CEFR threshold for third-country workers under LMLM or LFRB. Bulgarian is the sole official language; all administrative procedures, including ИА “ГИТ” notifications, NOI/NRA filings, and MVR migration submissions, are conducted in Bulgarian.
