Who we are.
What stands behind this firm is a body of structuring work: investment structures constituted across four domiciles since 2020, and carried after they were chosen rather than handed over at the door. What follows sets out that work, and where the names attached to it are kept.

The DIFC, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands and Luxembourg. A domicile is a decision taken once, against an investor base, a court and a bank.

Investment structures constituted across those four domiciles since 2020, and carried after they were chosen rather than handed over at the door. The vehicles are operated, the assets held and the valuations signed by the parties each manager appoints and can replace.
- The centre
Most of that work was done inside the DIFC. It is one of the two centres this site reads in the open, from the published instruments rather than from summaries of them.
- The pattern
The transactions behind those structures are the ones where fund, asset, financing and jurisdictional structures intersect: a wrapper chosen against an investor base, a chain drawn against a register, security tested against the court that would have to enforce it.
